Become product owners of their work, take charge and have the initiative to lead and manage, propose new ideas, innovations, and features, share knowledge and be compassionate, spend time deepdiving into the source code for optimization and refactoring, be proactive and engaging with all members and with different departments.

As to why anyone should or would join us, especially for developers, there are almost next to no reasons. To be frank, they're honestly probably better off working for a big MNC company with a stable income at a fancy desk with a clear career progression path, insurance benefits and the usual water cooler gossip doing a regular 9-5 before they jump ship to the next company probably in a different country with increased pay and better perks.

Our stack is simple enough but we have big plans to make plays into insurtech, fintech, and that includes having boats, yachts, helicopter and private jets on Moovby in 2020. If that doesn't entice you, maybe our board of advisors will.

We are angel investor backed with 12-18 month runway and fundraising our next round in Q2 2020 not because we need it but because we want it. We're gonna need to build a war chest to penetrate every single market in all the countries in Southeast Asia. Our strategic advisors include a Fortune 500 O&G VP and C-suite executive (NDA), a syariah compliance key opinion leader who sits on the board of several major banks and MNCs in Malaysia on top of running his own businesses (Dr Zaharuddin), and several strategic businesspeople who can offer us mentorship, advice, and network access to open up doors for Moovby as and when needed.

We have been invited to partnerships and JVs in China, UAE, Russia, Spain, and more but our focus for now is Asia.

With operations currently running in all major cities in Malaysia and Indonesia (our HQ is in KL and we have an office as well as an ops and dev team on the ground in Jakarta), we want hustlers with a global mindset from the get-go and dreamers who believe in themselves and the people around them to move the needle and build the foundation of the future together.
