Job Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend team, to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and reliable software solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Rust/Python, ensuring high performance and scalability.

• Contribute to the migration of existing codebase from Python to Rust, while maintaining code quality and functionality.

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in backend technologies and programming languages to continuously enhance our development processes.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development.

• Strong proficiency in statically typed languages like Go, C/C++, or similar languages.

• Experience working with Python and the ability to work on existing Python codebase.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Familiarity with database systems (PostgresQL), message queues, and caching mechanisms.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
