Job Description

This individual must function in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to the changing processes and technologies related to the various Cyber Security especially Data Security and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive and effective cyber security solutions that address the organization’s need

• Security Strategy: Develop and implement security strategies that align with the organization’s goals, considering industry best practices and emerging threats

• Security Framework: Evaluate and select appropriate security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO27001 to guide security solution implementations

• Architecture Assessment: Assess existing security architecture to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, and then propose enhancements to mitigate risks

• Technology Selection: Research, evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools and vendors that best fit the organization’s security requirements

• Security Integration: Oversee the integration of security solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption

• Threat Modelling: Conduct threat modelling and risk assessment to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Security Documentation: Create detailed security architecture documentations, including diagrams, policies, procedures and guidelines for internal and external use

• Compliance and Governance: Ensure that security solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards and develop governance policies to maintain compliance

• Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, system administrators, developers and product team

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with security solution vendors and ensure the selection of products that align with the organization’s security objectives
