We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to design and develop a state-of-the-art autonomous AI Tutor for Mathematics catering to primary and secondary school students. As the Technical Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and launch a product with exceptional user experience to engage its student users.

Responsibilities:
Product Lead: Own the Product Backlog and Roadmap. You will work closely with and report to the CTO/CPO to ensure the right features are launched for the market.
Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
SaaS Experience: Leverage your experience working in other product-based SaaS companies to drive the development of a user-centric and self-service product that enhances customer satisfaction and user engagement.
Technology Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the latest technologies used in AI Applications and the area of Large Language Models (LLMs). Candidates with little knowledge but a willingness to learn will be considered.
User Engagement: Participate in Pilots and user engagement activities to gather feedback and insights from potential users. Conduct user testing to refine the product features.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Liaise closely with the Development and Educational Team to ensure product features are clearly understood and defined based on inputs from the Educational team.
Agile Development: Understand agile methodologies and work with the development team to plan sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
Product Launch: Work with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and features to target customers.
Customer Success: Post-launch, partner with customer success teams to gather customer feedback and insights and utilise this information to drive product enhancements and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in product-based SaaS companies with a focus on exceptional user experience and self-service products.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in educational products, particularly in the area of Language Model Lifelong Learning (LLMs), is a bonus.
Experience with user testing, research, and conducting user interviews to gather insights and develop user requirements.
Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and managing product backlogs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Prior experience in educational technology or e-learning products is a plus.
