Job Description:
As a Junior Product Manager / Product Owner at Moby, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Payment Gateway product. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate closely with our technology team to plan and execute feature developments in our product roadmap, and swiftly adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly under the Head of Product to oversee the Payment Gateway product.
Analyze and break down complex business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
Collaborate with the technology team to scope and prioritize the delivery of features in the product roadmap.
Ensure the product is highly functional, merchant-friendly, and developer-friendly, adhering to the needs of a B2B environment.
Continuously engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and innovations.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain effective communication channels between cross-functional teams.
Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and market trends, ensuring the product stays relevant and competitive.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably within the payments industry.
Strong understanding of payment gateway technologies and the fintech landscape.
Experience in working with technical teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development cycles.
A keen interest in fintech innovations and a passion for building cutting-edge payment solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
